How to make 5th post of front page to show at 3rd position in wordpress

    a Post of mine gets shown at #5 on front page and I want to show it at #3 (there are only 5 posts in the blog and i have no intentions of adding any new content), i tried to change the dates but the number 5 post is still not getting shown at number 3, no matter what the date is ? any help ?

    Hey,

    All you have to do is change the dates of when they were published, go to the post and press edit and then look at right side and where it says published - just edit that to the third date.

    Change the dates of first 2 post if you can't change the date of that post.
