Make $2000 a month selling domains ($500 a week, $70 a day) Unit Breakdown: 7 domains a day sold for $20 each. (buy them for $10.00) Time Frame: Start making money immediately. What Needed: The most important thing is to buy keyword based domain names that have hundreds of thousands of searches a month, for example like howtogetpregnant.org or burnfat.net. You will need to "Sell" with good sales copy and individual stats for each domain name.
What is risky about it all you need to do is buy the right domains and then sell them all for a lump sum, the rinse and repeat
It might work but the only problem is those kind of domain names will be expensive to buy, why not try buy one for 10$ and monetize, seo, it then sell it for 1000$
I'm not saying buy the domains at premium price points if one is taken you look for a better one that isn't taken For Example: howtomakemoney.com makemoneytoday.com Again these are examples and are probably already gone Then what you would do is, go to a forum, list the domains and how many searches the keyword gets Then name your asking price for all of them
It sounds like a good idea with a 100% return on profits. But to buy so many domains and manage their sales will be tedious. Imagine 10 domains a day. That's 50 - 70 domains a week to handle.
You would be able to sell them all on flippa for one fee, but I would recommend you use a forum because flippa charges to list domains
Have you ever thought of parking domains and earn money? What places do you consider to be perfect for selling and buying domains? Is it Sedo?
I've tried and haven't had any success with Sedo or at least did not make a lot of money with it, you can buy domains from people on Flippa.com and you can sell domains on forums, flippa, or ebay
As someone who makes a living doing this, it's easier said than done if you're not already well-experienced with domains. There's a fine line between sellable domains and poor quality domains, and searches per month is far from being the only factor to look at. There's a definite feel aspect to it that only comes with experience and trial-and-error to figure out what sells and what doesn't.
How about selling domains which are expiring and which have PR? may be some of them are fake, but even fake PR domains have buyers. and If the domain have real PR - you can see it for higher price, Only problem is to find high PR domains which are expiring. People what are your views on this?
This is a serious gamble man! If you buy the wrong domains you can be totally messed up! But none the less, its a good investment...
