In all my years online data entry and surveys are just a waste of time. Do something you love and enjoy. Because if you do something you hate then you'll make little or no money. My dream was to own small websites so I purchased a few scripts for a couple hundred investment and started 1 site. First 2 months I went into the whole because I was building it. However each month after that my income grew. Once I had a little more income from my site I expanded to 2 sites (another script) and again my income grew to about $2,000 a month from running 2 very small websites. Now I'm in the process of creating my 3rd site. The key though is I'm doing what I wanted to do and love to do. So when I wake up I don't mind working on the computer or advertising, cause trust me if you do something you hate you don't feel like sitting on the computer, and you sure don't feel like marketing. One last thing. Once you find something you like to do. Find someone that is already successful at doing it and learn from what they are doing, and either do what they do or try and do it better.
There is no magic formula. Start a site or blog, drive traffic to it and monetize it with affiliate programs. Look for programs that pay high commissions and have products with a good conversion rate. The program in my sig pays very well and they give you $50 just for joining.
