Another tip will be in posting forum comments for people in services forums. you can make 10$ in 2 hours or something. not bad if $ converts well against your local currency.
Write for Today or Spucer. They pay $1 per article. Professional writers might find the pay low though. You can also sell your signature link or post in forums.
Make daily posts in Bukisa.com They will pay nice bucks for every 1000 impressions of your post views.... Newbies can do this...But you can not earn today. But it will make you earnings after some days..
Well creating an ebook and labeling it "How to make 10,000 a month doing nothing" will at least get you one fool to spend $10 on DP.

get some great free MRR products...redesign the cover using photoshop and change the title...sell it on forum with hyped sales letter...easy $10 or more ...
Read a few posts from some of the better posters at this forum. Copy their ideas, compile in a 2 page e-book. Claim that it makes u a million Dollars each second and sell the first 10 copies for an offer price of $1 each!
