    As Google SERPs are so dynamic and algos change frequently, there's no guarantee that your rankings will stay the same forever. However following Google guidelines should give you more stable and longer lasting rankings.

    Just arrange all urs BL header with all of urs keyword. and also distribute it in same density in urs site
