    Aaron's site is definitely a good bet if you think competition and support might help motivate you - and it can be pretty effective. :)

    I'm a huge fan of some supplements, but not fiber. I suppose I just don't see a point. It's far to easy to get the various forms you need from food. Heck, they even have yogurt with fiber in it now. They have white bread with added fiber. There are some tortillas (I want to say from Mission, but I can't recall) that have 21 g of fiber in each wrap. You can even buy goldfish crackers (yummy) with fiber now in their whole grain variety. You can get whole grain breads and even rye bread with up to 5 g of fiber per slice. It's just my own feeling, but I believe wholeheartedly you're better off getting it spread out throughout the day in what you eat, than in supplements. But if you really want to go that route, see if maybe they have them in bar form... they seem to put everything these days into energy bar / cookie form.

    Yes, you can get fiber through eating a lot of things, including goldfish. Even Snicker's bar has fiber in it! I believe taking water-soluble polysaccharides (fiber) is different. If I eat a handful of goldfish, it will provide some satiety. If I eat a handful of physlium or glucomannan I would be stuffed for a week. :D

    I would go for the vegetables if taking a gelcap is out of the question.

    I will study things a litlle bit and afther 1 january 2007 will start a program olso planing to go to gym and again restar playing footbal ....
