    i ate 1600 calories a day and did 4 intensive spin classes per week. I lost 20lbs in 4 weeks. Losing weight is simple math. 3500 calories in a lb. of fat. Figure out what your body needs, cut your calorie intake (min. 1200 day of healthy foods) and do intense cardio. you'll lose a few lbs. per week.

    Joehema.....working out in a sauna and losing 5lbs of weight is just losing water weight. The minute he drinks that first sip of water he will gain every ounce right back.

    STOP EATING REGULAR MEALS AT NIGHT INSTEAD HAVE SALADS OR SPROUTS.

    Take out 30 minutes everyday to workout. Walk rather than sitting down. For example walk to your destination rather than driving yourself near to the place.

    I am a person easy to get weight and lose weight. The most effective way for me to lose the extra pound I get recently is to be on a diet, the result of which is quite obvious. Hehe. Of course, the precondition is that you are some kind of person like me : easy to get weight, and also easy to lose weight.
    By the way, it is said that jogging is also an effective way to lose the extra weight of one's calf, but it is also heard that doing jog is likely to make one's calf more stout. I never tried, so I don't know which saying is correct. Maybe you can tell me after trying.

    There is lots of thing in the world to loose weight far easily and drastically but it will cause your health and you suffer from bad health. This is not a proper way to loose a extra kilos. Many will advice you go to Gym, many people told you to don't eat much, don't drinks much but proper way to loose your extra pound to do yoga and meditation every day. I used it and i feel the change.
