you have to do exercises everyday, discipline yourself from what you intake. avoid too much sweet and salty taste. Do not sleep or eat after your exercises because if you do, you will become bigger as what you are now.
do a lot of cardiovascular excercise, e.g jogging, running, swimming etc, eat salads, ruffage and go on low carbs. Do excercise everyday for at least one hour for two-three weeks to start with, then increment excercise timeframe. Try to vary the excercises you do.
I tried Morning Banana diet before, it surprisingly worked! Haha. I'm also into walking and jogging. Walking is the best form of exercise, really.

according to me doing regular jogging and dancing helps to reduce weight fast... i have reduced my own weight like this...
