    any one who reduces the intake of carbohydrates can reduce weight gradually as day passes. if you follow this one then, there wont be any need to stress yourself by doing exercises and following strict diet.

    Do much work under high pressure. Then appropiately control your diet. As long as you follow this, at least you won't put on weight. Most likely, you will lose weight. That depends on what kind of person you are.
