There is no easy way that is healthy that will loose you weight that can be kept off long term Its alot of hard work with a constant excercise program which which starts off achievable then extends in time as your body gets used to it. More effort = more weight loss. Mix up your excercise routine as you go on with a variety of things so you dont get bored and lose motivation. You will need to look at your diet - you need to keep eating healthy to provide with the energy to keep excercising but watch out on the junk food and meal sizes - drinking heaps of liquid can make you feel fuller for longer. if you can afford it sign up at a gym and commit to a plan with fitness instructor and or dietitian and book appointment with you doctor to let them know if you are really out of shape bcos if you try to excercise to much to soon if can be a risk. This is my experience of losing and keeping off 20 kgs which i started trying to do 2 1/2 years ago. It does not happen overnight but will happen with you are honest with yourself, determined and very motivated. After six to 12 months of lifestyle change to will see good results that then pushes to keep losing more weight.
