The Link operator dont show all or many Links. I have more than 2000 Links in google webmaster tools, but when I check using Link operator, I get about 33 Links Only.

Use google webmaster tools or do a search in yahoo for site:yourdomain

Here you will have a option to view your Links

You have more than 500 up post in DP.
Though you are asking this basic question to prove your self over here a spammer.
if you don't have any more discussion than just post replies, but don't waste the DP's space.

I know there are keywords you can use while searching to display only links to your website. like "insite:" and stuff like that. I would consider looking into this
