The PayPal login box says E-Mail Address; just enter the username instead, and then the corresponding password. I spent over an hour online because the accountant said they tried this but couldn't log on. I figured there might be an alternate location for the person to login to or something, but PayPal in it's infinite wisdom neglected to give any sort of information on how the 'multi-user' user should go about logging in.
