How to locate owners with multiple websites "easily"

    I can look-up whois and alexa and quantcast.
    However....does anyone know an easy way to locate owners of relevant and similar sites to your content?
    I'm looking for webmasters with hundreds of sites.....I assume they sell traffic as well.
    Information would be helpful...
    I can do it manually but it takes tons of research.

    So are you looking for people that own a lot of websites themselves, or are you looking for people who have similar sites to yours? I'm just confused because your title talks about something different from what you wrote in your post.
