The best option to load your payoneer card is by Credit card , If you do not have any credit card then you can use standard check method to load your card . Here you can read more :https://www.payoneer.com/Load/LoadToPage.aspx . If you need more help then you can contact me .

If you are in the US, you can load it up via ACH.

Otherwise it would be via credit card or through an affiliate program which uses Payoneer as a payout card.

It looks like Payoneer works quite like Epassporte

    Am I wrong?

Almost like ePassporte but the Payoneer does not offer you a virtual credit card option. You can one card and you use it like any other debit card for both your online and offline purposes.

ePassporte allows other members to send you money and you could do likewise, Payoneer does not offer that option however you could probably load someone's else Payoneer account with your credit card. It is however a slow and expensive option.

Certainly as those issuing the cards do not really have the same source of income as if they were to issue credit cards and thus they need to add fees in order to provide their service and survive.

Banks who issue credit cards on the other hands would make from merchants and from customers who take advantage of their 'credits' where they would be levied an interests on outstanding balance. Exclusive Debit cards merchants do not offer credits and do not work with merchants directly to earn fees from them.

If you do not think that you will ever benefit from such card, there is always the option not to sign up for one.

I do not want to bother you but if we use this kind of cards it is because we are dealing with affiliate programs who propose to pay commissions on these cards and it can be practical even if it is maybe quite expensive (in the long run)

I'm not sure that we use this kind of cards just for fun

Certainly you would have not much of a chance if the affiliate program only offers one means of taking your money. But if they offer you several options to get your money, you pick one which would best serve you.

Like I said, the one offering debit cards do not have many options of making money if they do not start charging for this and that. The last time I checked with Payoneer about waiving the penalty fees for trying to withdraw more than what my daily withdraw is, they told me that they could not because the First bank of delaware controls the fees. I am not from the US and it does make it hard to guage what exchange rate is being used.
