How to load only half of the homepage and the rest on scroll?

    Hello guys, today I found a site that only loaded half of the content and loaded the rest of the homepage after I use the scroll bar. This makes the page super fast to load. Does anyone know how to do this in WordPress?

    It's called lazy loading, Many new themes support it or you can use plugins like WP Rocket, to provide support for it if your theme doesn’t.

    I know lazy loading but only works for images, videos, and iframes.
    I'm already using WP-Rocket but is not working the way I need.
