How to List in Dmoz?

    Most likely you won't be listed in Dmoz. Dmoz rarely accepts new sites and they are fairly biased on who they accept.

    Dmoz? LOL.

    Three things come to mind when speaking of DMOZ.

    #1, More then 50% of the web pages listed are no longer working.

    #2, More then 30% of the web pages listed all crap!

    #3, It takes six months to have your web page listed.

    I have submitted a few of my sites to their directory over the years and none have made it in, and the worst part about it is, they don't let ou know you were declined or why or why not.

    Also the directory has a bunch of CRAPPY sites with bum links etc.

    Its more of a status than anything else.

    you can submit your site,
    but it's hard to say when the site will be listed by them,
    mostly it depends on the quality of web site.
    maybe you can try Yahoo directory first.

    Submit it and at that point you have done all you can do so forget about it.
