    There are many other plugins available as well to do it. Few of them include Add Link to Facebook , Simple Facebook Connect, Add to Facebook , WP-FBConnect, etc.
    You can also search for them in Google.

    I use RSS Graffiti to take the RSS feed and make facebook posts

    You can use RSS to autofeed your blog posts (and use something like HootSuite to autopublish to multiple social accounts) but I would recommend manually backlinking to new posts with a custom description, maybe a question, to encourage fans to click and read then post their own comments.
