Some directories won't allow the Hyperlink on the Keyword in body section. You can keep your link on author's bio.
I think Article submission allow hyperlink so you can use hyperlink in Author bio or resource box. But not more than two hyperlink.
If you submitting on Auto Approve Article Directory then you can use anchor link in body but if you are submitting to an article directory where your article require moderation then keep your link under author bio or put it at very bottom.
Attach hyperlinks to your main keyword in your article. It is the best way to use the links in article.
