I've just received Virtual US Bank Account from Payoneer but now I'm troubled with PayPal account creation because PayPal requires billing address, phone number(also I guess - SSN). I live in Kyrgyz Republic... I've searched a lot in this community posts and via google - I've not found any helpfull instructions. I know that there are many peoples who successfully linked their payoneer virtual account with paypal. But how? I'm really needed in paypal account. Please advise me and others how it can be done. Thanks for your time!
payoneer won't work to verify paypal. I think you don't have any balance in your payoneer card. If you have got it from some adult affiliate programs then it won't work my friend. Tell some of your relatives abroad to create and verify one paypal account for you.
Payoneer can be used to verify paypal if your payoneer address is your original address and you have registered with same address with paypal...... I would not suggest you linking virtual US bank accout tp paypal as you'll not be able to withdraw to your account in ur country...rather you cab withdraw from paypal with check
kris1911 I've enough money in my account and I've received card from scriptlance partner. gabbar77 Thanks, but I heard that many peoples(from not supported countries) use premium/business paypal accounts. I'll be very appreciated for any help.
Most of non supported countries people use verified paypal account in countries like same time zone. You may lucky to get an account from Russia.
Having been with paypal since the beginnig of time,I can assure you,be very careful with them. If you signed up with an addy in the USA then started loging into your account from another country, trust me,they will block your account soon. The debit card is easy as you can use anywhere. However, loging into your account, you have to be very careful. I am talking from experience of having my paypal accounts blocked more than 4 times in my 'short' online career. I will explain. If your brother opened the account in New Hampshire then you start login into the account from another state let alone a country,it can automatically shut you out. I am not talking things that have not happened. This happens frequently. The solution to paypal is simple. Set up an account with 2checkout and you can get paid by credit cards and even paypal if you wish. trying anything else I can assure you is only short term and PayPal loves attacking when you have money stashed in there. Paypal can and does with frequency limit accounts. Such a lock out can be a minimum of 6 months. They are always auditing their systems and they are quite efficient. There are a number of well known reasons why they will limit your account * Size of withdrawals * Some proxies & IPs of unsupported countries * Many refunds/chargebacks * Amount of money going through account * Credit/debit card that does not check out * Types of products being sold *using different too many ips to login to your account. Talk to your paypal agent. They will inform you that if you login to your account from a different country from where it is registered, you are likely to have your account limited. Just because they haven't locked you out yet does not mean that they won't. Just use the virtual account for receiving ACH payments. At the moment, it would be better co consider other options. Virtual account works best for those countries that CAN receive money in their PayPal accounts but there are no local withdrawals allowed (eg, Kenya, Venezuela, Peru and South Africa). Citizens of these countries are normally required to have a US bank account in order to withdraw any funds stashed in their PayPal accounts. To them, Payoneer Virtual account saves them a lot of trouble going to the US to open an account.
if u r not frm usa , just open ur country account & link the usa bank account i.e virtual.. it will work & supported , atleast fr indian account fr sure
Well, India is one of the countries supported by PayPal. In fact, PayPal allows local withdrawals from India. The person who started this thread lives in Kyrgyz Republic, a country that is unsupported (that is, he can't use his account to receive money or withdraw). Linking his PP account with Virtual account will not be of assistance in using PP to receive money. Like I said, virtual account works best with PayPal if you live in a country in which receiving money is allowed, but local withdrawals are not. If I may add, if the ongoing talks between PayPal and Reserve Bank of India fail and local withdrawals in India are discontinued, most Indian freelancers will find having a Virtual account by payoneer a very attractive fall back point.
