How to link my YouTube account with adsense

    I once applied for adsense approval for my blog which was disapproved by adsense and now YouTube has approved my channel for monetization I tried linking my YouTube account with adsense and it is picking my disapproved blog may be because I used same email id.
    please can somebody help me linking my YouTube account with adsense

    there is an option in your profile settings, where you can activate adsense for youtube
