    I would say, just be careful to not rush the process. I have heard horror stories of people being linked to "bad neighborhoods" -- Be patient and do not "do it overnight"

    I think forum posting is best way to build link correctly. If you anchor the text correctly then their is no problem. Anchor text is main factor.
