How to limit speed with router???

    I have TP-LINK router and I want to limit speed for 1 port to 128kbps for download because if I don't do this, will be slow to other users.
    So how can i do that? What application???

    I don't think is any router configuration to limit the port spped . However, you can use software, like Netlimiter on gateway machine to do so.

    You can use Traffic Shaper XP to control the download and upload speed. It's a freeware. Here is the download link:
