How to limit my ad to 40 miles?

    Hi all

    Im getting used to google adwords, and im wanting to see if i can limit my ads to 40 miles from were our business is based, can you do this?

    i heard you can do this though cant find it

    You can advertise per zip code, thats as close as you can get I believe.

    Go to campaign overview. Tick the campaign you want to edit > click edit settings

    You should see a whole bunch of settings. The last one should be "targeting options" > under locations click edit.

    A big popup should now appear with a map. There are 4 tabs, Search, Browse, Bundles and Custom.

    Click custom and you should be able to add a pointer where your business is located. In the radius field type 40 and make sure it's set to miles.

    That should do it :)
