How to limit download/ip

    Hello there,
    Today Hostgator Block my site because of max download per user

    How can i put a limit so that 1 user can download 1 file at a time.

    Please suggest.

    you would have to use some kind off a php script. I have seen some download php script but no idea about limiting ip on download or slot
