    I'm selling one of my sites becouse I need money for buying one other site and I also don't have time to maintain it properly.

    The site is http://www.howtoliftweights.net it is exact domain name as the main keyword, it is wp blog with genesis theme, wp robot plugin and many other paid plugins that is installed, only the plugins were priced $150.

    The site is more than a year old. The site is making a dollar or two per month from adsense with 5-15 uniques per day from search engine(google).
