    Hi,
I think mail Google through your webmaster account that will help you to lift the penalty.

Looks like your site was penalized by panda update.
Do you have unique content on your site (or) you are using scrapped/PLR content?
If you dont have unique content - try to remove all the duplicate/ low quality content and add new quality and unique content.

Do your backlinks come from authority domains (or) you bought those links from private Network?

If you had bought links from private Network its possible Google could have found this by some kind of footprint analysis to tag your site as a spam site.

There are lotta tips/guides on how to make your site recover from Panda Update. Google it and you can find those info...

Give it some time, a few weeks and your site will be out of penalty. Just keep doing white hat seo.

do not build any poor quality links (blog networks, spinning articles, blog comments, or anything that seems unnatural and spammy). focus on building high quality content on your site for the next few months. fine-tune your site for on-page optimization. build high quality links slowly with a stable and natural velocity.

Try to get best traffic and SERPs on your site then the penalty will be slowly coming to stable.
