What to upload as a proof an address? I only can provide an ID scan. Is it enough? It is in Bulgarian. Will the accept it? Regards.

I am sure that Paypal would have staffs who would understand languages of the countries which it supports.

Usually the proof of address would include a Utility Bill like the Electricity or Water Bill but technically anything which would establish that you live in the address which you provided.

I will say that paypal always remove the limitation after getting an address proof.SO wait for few days and you will get you account soon.Let me tell they may also ask for some more documnts, and you have to provide them, too but wait may they don't ask.
