How to leverage expired domains?

I have found a great way to get expired domains with good age, pr and backlinks.

I have not mastered putting up quality sites quickly - takes me way too long.

I need advice on the best WHITE HAT ways to leverage these domains.

Are there any software packages that help build (autoblog, etc) that makes quality whitehat sites?

Should I do blogs, content sites, forums, ???
