How to let google crawl updated web pages?

    my website updated lots of web pages this week. What can I do to let google recrawl them to get the update? use a sitemap? or anything else?

    You can use a site like pingler or you can just wait. Google will find your site changes on its own.

    - Use ping o matic like site to ping back unique content
    - Update in Webmaster tool
