That depends on how visited is your homepage and how many backlinks it has. if you've got a lot of backlinks google bots will visit it faster.

Google determines the crawl rate based on the history of your site content change. I have seen a site with 200+ pages added daily crawled every 7-10 days. So I would say don't worry about it.
If you are desperate getting it crawled here is what you can do:
    - add a new page on your site
    - submit to social networking sites
Your site will get crawled in about 6 hours or less.
Note that Google bots may start crawling on a date and not finish the crawl on the same date. They may split it over the dates.

try this one out, I think this might help your site get visited by bots...if you happen to have an update to your site, try to ping it via using ping sites of course. Like pingomatic.com(there are lots of these kinds of site).

Pinging is a great technique, especially if you want huge sites (100k+ pages) indexed. Windows based pinger like "All Day Sucker" can do wonders ;)
