How to legally register additional adsense account?

I am wondering, is a LLC enough or must it be a corporation?
Could I have the checks sent to the same address?
Can I check both accounts from the same computer?
Do you have to notify Google you have multiple accounts?

If I were to move a site from my personal account to the business account, will the smart-pricing be transfered as well?

I just did some research, looks like as long as it is a seperate entity, you could have multiple accounts. I am setting the corporation up next year, for now all new sites are going to YPN.
