How to legally have Adsense on Image hosting sites?

    I had a site like this http://miscpix.com/t7h9h and then adsense messaged me and said i cant do that anymore. However, I see sites like imgur.com and tinypic.com using adsense next to images with no content. Is there anyway to get around this?

    Have some default text content along with the image. Perhaps instructions, links to other pages, title for the image, url of the image to copy and share, ect.
