Even with these tips they can be spotted a mile away. I'll copy paste some from my sites:

Hi, what made you want to write on Stratovarius - Stratovarius (Self Titled) Review? I was wondering, because I have been thinking about this since last Tuesday. Really helpful stuff.

People try flattery, try challenging but it doesn't really help me forget that theres a nasty porn link in their url.

Nice tips, good food for thought. I particularly like complimenting the author as to her or him they may want some recognition that they are smart, witty, stylish or just plain cool. You are very insightful bringing this up.

What percentage of posts do you have getting through using your method?
I don't think number 3 will work very often, what is the point of giving the author a reason to delete your post?

I like your suggestions - just tried them and am a bit worried about no. 3, but I think it can work in limited posts.
    Thanks for the tips!

I also think second method is more successful.
Though others are also useful and your topic is very interesting.

    Thanks Richromo,
I don't mind to share with you my statistic. So far, I have only have average 3-5 posts rejected every month out of 100 posts using these methods. But I will spend almost 5 mintues for each comment posting. I post about 4 comments each day. And you are right, I usually get rejected from Method 3 where I challenged the author.
