How to Learn SEO

Hi, i am willing to Learn complete Seo... but just a little confused... i googled .. but got so many results... and every other website telling their benefits.. i live in india, delhi ... and their is also an institue named http://innobuzz.in which is offering SEO serviced... they are charging me around INR.9K for 12 classes,
but i thought it could be a great and an economical way if i could learn everything Online... so can any one please tell me what should i do....

Just Google "Learn SEO" you will have a lot of choices.

 

Here's some cool on page SEO tips you can use...

Title tag: for the title tag to carry the maximum weight simply have the title tag as "main keyword" and nothing else.

H1 tag: same as title tag "main keyword" only will carry maximum weight.

H2 tag: "main keyword" in at least one of your H2 tags.

Meta & Description: Fairly meaningless, just include your main keyword in both.

Alt text: Name your images appropriately don't use crap like numbers, try to include some keywords where ever appropriate.

LSI Keywords: These are the keywords Google expects to find to back up the keyword in question, I'll tell you how to find these in just a min.

Content: For a 400-500 article Include the main keyword once in the first 2 sentences and once in the last 2 sentences, and bold the keyword. SEO content should contain 3 LSI keywords per 400-500 word article and here's how you find them... Simply go to Google's keyword tool type in your main keyword in the box and hit get keyword ideas. Those are your LSI keywords, just take 2 from the "Keywords related to" section, and 1 from the "Additional keywords to consider" section and add them to your content.

Pages: Google likes to see a privacy policy and TOS page, add them and you'll get a better SEO score, and don't forget the contact and about page. For the contact page the more contact info you provide the more Google will like your site. And the about page is pretty self explanatory.

Outbound links: Simply link out to an authority site in your niche, Google likes to see this.

Internal linking: You should take advantage of this, simply link back to the home and other pages using the anchor text of your choice, these links DO count.

Video: If you have video on your site include keywords in the actual name of the video where ever appropriate, and again don't use numbers.

That's all I can think of right now, its pretty powerful stuff, use it.
