How to learn DP members to use the "Search" function

There have been many suggestions to create new sub-categories, especially in the Link Sales forum. However, all answers have been just negative and new sub-categories are not going to be set up.

Therefore I have come up with an idea how to learn your potential buyers use the search function, as most DP members do not use it. Just check out the link in my signature.

If you are selling e.g. PR4 links often, you can put something like this into your sig so that your buyers can find your threads easier:

PR4 links Buyers - Please use the Search function

This link is invalid.

The "Search ID" of a particular search is valid only for a couple of minutes,
from the time of the search.

So, the search results, that the link points to,
with the ID of 8517550 has expired.

A better (and a valid too !) link URL would be :
forums.digitalpoint.com/search.php?do=finduser&u=59926&starteronly=1

[Lists all your threads started]

Is there any way how to link to all search results for the search term e.g. "Sponsor Wordpress Theme" in the Link Sales forum? I don't want to link to my threads only.

Yup you can,
use this technique :

http://forums.digitalpoint.com/search.php?do=process&query=Sponsor%20Wordpress%20Theme

The search result listing gets generated dynamically as soon as we click on the link.
Unlike using the searchid, which gives us a pre-searched/saved listing.

Note :
You can also restrict the search results to the Link Sales forum, by using this :

http://forums.digitalpoint.com/search.php?do=process&forumchoice[]=58&query=Sponsor%20Wordpress%20Theme

Perfect! I thought it's not even possible.

Just a little detail: Can you make the link to show the search results from the Link Sales forum only? It now shows the results from the whole forum.
