    Hey guys,

I am in need of a bit of help. I own http://www.sims3fanatics.com and was wondering how I should make the layout of the page. The thing is, I update my site loads every day, sometimes 5 posts a day and people who are viewing it for the first time may not think or realise how much it is updated. I just wanted to know what the best layout for the homepage is so people can view the news and realise how much I update it.

If anybody can help, I would be greatly delighted.

    Thanks.

You can do a thing, directly put the updates in the page by creating a widget, but use external feed links for this, and that would be good.

The advantage is that you can directly put the subscription links in that widget. A reader with no idea of updates would rarely subscribes to feeds. When you put the dedicated widget for updates, chances of readers subscribing would increase atleast by 200%.
