tradermike2007: you have made a good point, to which I subscribe. The irony was not lost on me though, how some people rushed in to post their wise words of concordance to your honest and realistic point, when their very signatures blatantly show they're the kind of people you're criticizing.

Let's face it... anyone who goes around claiming there's such thing as quick, effortless, big money to be made on the Internet is a leech and a liar: beyond insulting and disillusioning eager newbies, such people remarkably insult all who strive to make an honest living on the Internet.

To all who exploit the gullible and undermine the credibility of the blooming online markets, I dedicate this song - as well as my utter spite:

Life, in perspective, is a closed circle - all that goes round does indeed come around.

Touch base reality! In any situation, there will always be a types of people wherein one is the user and the other one is being used. Look for something that will be reciprocal in a situation.

I agree with most everything that's been said. You have to do your homework and know that what you're investing in is going to be profitable before you take that plunge. Much of the content out there is just rehashed versions of older methods, but there are gems out there. I'm currently promoting a method that's getting rave reviews both here at DP http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1456023 and other popular Internet Marketing forums. I did my homework on it before considering promoting, and it's paid off. The first thing I do when considering buying or promoting a product is to use Google to search for keywords that would point to it being in any way shady or scammy.

If you use some good common sense you should be fine.
