How to know when I no long restrict in IG for like , follow?

    suddenly one account got restricted for like and follow.
    It just claim try later, etc protect the community

    I check my settings etc in my account cannot find when restrict will be lift
    it has been like 3 days or so , I can't like or follow on this account

    You will not be able to find this info anywhere on your account. Usually you just need to wait. But what you can do in the meantime: make sure you reports this "shadow-ban" to Instagram support. Also, sometimes it helps to reinstall the Instagram app on your phone and log-out - log-in again.

    Do you know the reason of restriction?
    The only option for you is waiting, there is nothing you can do

    I think they give me one week restriction today is back to normal.
