You can't trust on these results, the prices of websites are generally based on buyer and many different factors. I just tried to check http://google.com and it is showing the value '0.00'

 

I think your blogspost hosted blog is not even can match up to $100.
And the link you given is not accurate and its giving false price worth of the site.
Try to use more establish website evaluator such as http://www.websitevaluecalculator.com/

 

Most of these tools just give rough estimates of a sites value, based on the estimated amount of traffic you get per day. Basically they're not very reliable. But they are fun!
