How to Know website is well optimized for mobile or tablets or not ?

    I want to know how to check that any website is well optimized for mobile and tablets ?

    Is there any tool using that we can check what we have to improve ?

    Looking for best response and comments.

    There are lots of ways - first up, pick up your phone/tablet and have a look.

    In chrome, and I suspect the other major browsers there's a tool to let you simulate a phone

    and then at the top of the page you pick your device.

    If you are a programmer then there are many tools and websites for that..and also its obvious to look out your coding. But, if you are a general user then just drag your browser window(either minimize or maximize) if the content on website gets adjusted with the window screen size its mobile friendly. And you can change the view on both desktop and mobile and the categories also.

    Open your site in different kind of devices, If it works fine then site is properly responsive.

    Keep your website's architecture responsive on all mobile devices and OS. You can check your website's performance on mobile devices using desktop browser, just download User Agent Switcher tool in firefox browser.
