I read somewhere before a google command operator to find out what are the most popular pages of a website but I forgot the site and the command. Its something like site:url but its not"site" its something else.. cant remember and I hope I posted this on the right section. Thanks

when you open site:yourdomain.com it will shows the pages that are ranked or indexed by Google.

and it will show pages in the hierarchy. most popular page up and then down and down and so on.

It is a very easy task with MSN webmaster tools - there is separate section for this there...

There is no any special command that show you what's are the most important pages in your site.
For a good guide to Google commands... check this: Google Cheat Sheet.

Use site:yourdomain.com for indexed pages and use link:yourdomain.com for sites linking to yours (Note: Google only shows some backlinks), but Google webmaster tools show the actual number.

You can use tracking software like google analytics to see exactly how many hits each page gets, where they click, etc.

Install Google analytics. It will show you which pages are most viewed by the visitors (i.e, popular pages).

There's a lot of tutorials, tips and tools to check statistics of a site, next thing to do is study those stats and come up with a solution to improve.
