Use the Google adword tool for it and do also the self research as you know the best what to target and which type where to etc etc .

It all comes down to what your site contains, and what people looking for that content might type into a search engine and creating a Domain that contains that search, so if you sold pigs we can assume that most people buying pigs would type something like "buy pigs online" so a good domain would be buypigsonline.com , fairly simple concept, but as other people say do your research as there are other factors as well.
Micro niche finder, Google Adword tool and Market Samurai are good. You need to do your homework and research very well from a few different sites before starting.. I usually study about my competitors first before jumping in any domain.
