As far as I'm aware you enter the command "site:www.yourdomain.com" (without the quotes) to see if you're in their index and according to google itself, search for your domain name and if it is not within the top few results you may have violated their terms and conditions.

Site is still listed in Google that's good but you have some problems with your server. As far as I can see.
