But if you can access that site analytics reports, logs, then please study them, check for when the change has come, where the change has come and determine that date SEO Panda relevancy. So it if has resulted in decrease of visitors from June 15, check the Google Panda update of June 15 or nearby and work accordingly to fix that issue.

as I know, if you were penalized by google, then the company should have sent you an email explaining the type and reason of penalization.
Infact, there's no parameter to have a real answer to that.If there's is, then G would be more easy to get tricked by us.anyway you may start with a link analysis first. I would request to have those links removed,that look spammy.Then start link building all over again with the focus being high quality links
only google knows type of penalty for sure, so just clear your backlink profile and make new websites
There was this tool that you give analytic access to it, and it will show exact dates of previous algo updates done by Google over the chart. This way if your website traffic dropped on the same date of an update you can tell its that what hit your site. I will update this post with a link to that tool.
