how to know MSsql db size I been used?

    I can easily to find out MySQL db size.

    But I do not know where to find out MSsql DB I been used.

    Can some one teach me?

    Or if there is a script can check what is my table size?

    I think most users do know their own CP phpMyAdmin can easily to show MySQL db size which has been used.

    I am asking "how to find out MSsql DB I been used" not asking MySQL

    Repeat again it is "MS SQL " I am asking.
