Hi Im a newbie regarding adsense and other pay-per-click programs. How will you know if your account in google adsense is block/banned? I ask this because Im not making money even a cent with my adsense. Please guide me thanks
Are you seeing ads on your site or just PSAs? And can you still log into your Adsense account? If you can still login, you haven't been banned. You can also use the ADsense preview tool and type in your site's domain. If they preview ads, then you haven't been banned. Which site isn't making you money?
There is a difference between your Adsense making money and you being banned. You didn't answer any of my questions, though...
If it doesn't make any money it mean that nobodey click on your ads. If your account is banned you wouldn't have ads on your site at all.
I can still log into my adsense account and still seeing ads on my site. Thanks for the replies guys. Thanks for clarifying things to me.
If banned google will also send you the notification in writing. By just placing the ads you will not get any money. You get paid when visitors click on ads that appear on your website(s). Get more traffic and interesting content. You will eventually discover the glory.
I just found this tools you might want to check it out http://www.websitegear.com/tool/google_adsense.asp http://www.acmetech.com/tools/adsense-preview/
Angelfire, what is the URL of your blog? Maybe you have poor Adsense placement and they aren't optimized. We can give you some placement advices. MOre importantly, what is the traffic for your blog like?
Yes jackburton is right, there's a world of difference between these two, how many visitors you're getting to your blog? If you're banned you'll not be able to do/see any of these.
Here is the url http://jobsearchlisting.blogspot.com/ I didn't thought that adsense should be optimized. It is a PR 4 blog averaging 50 - 100 visits a day.
Oh dear. A lone sky banner? Adsense sky banners are, quite possibly, the worst converting banner you could have chosen. What you need to do is put a 468 Adlinks at the top, just above the first post, and a 336 box at the end of each article in the single page template (before the comments section). And instead of showing the entire post on the front page, make it show only a preview, so visitors will have to click on the link to read the whole article, and once they get to the end, they'll see your Adsense box there and click on it for more reading material. Do that, and your 0 clicks will be something clicks tomorrow.
