You just dont. You should be fine tho, just dont try and apply for adsense with that account. But if you already have an account no worries

I don't think adsense ban particular domain name. Usually it ban the adsense account. Adsense suspend a domain if its content is not acceptable by adsense TOS. Though it is not domain ban. If we revise the content, they may let us continue using adsense in the same site.

google bans domain also, if the domain violate any TOS, like adding adsense to porn/warez related website. such cases google do not ban the adsense account, but ban the domain.

better before buying any domain, tell the seller to put some google ads for testing, if he say he does not have any adsense, try to check with someone else adsense pub, if the domain banned by adsense, site wont show any ads.

If the site content is adsense compliant and you have your account then its not a problem, you can let them even know this.

once you buy the domain, register your domain with Google Webmaster tools and submit a reconsideration request. According to Google's Johnmu:

Here is what i do ...
Search the domain name without .com (or anything after .) in google if it comes on the first page the and before any whois page then the site is fine.

This method only works if your domain is not a Exact Match Keyword
