I was fixing up a site and I ain't sure if the canonicalization issues on the site have been taken care of.

Please guide how to find if the canon issues are there on this site-

Search your website in google by typing your website link. From the SERPs you will see the list of the indexed pages. Check those result. Are you getting both www and non www link? If you get both www and non www link then the canonical issue is still there. It is not solve yet.

    Thanks.

You can check it manually or use the canonical tool to check if a page has a canonical tag and to find out which page should be index by search engines based on the canonical location.

Basically, quite often a web page will have several URLs for the same page, for example:
    www(dot)XYZ(dot)com
    www(dot)XYZ(dot)com/index(dot)html
Above both page have same content, but index page redirected on Home page & content duplication issue solved through canonical
