How to know host has Reseller or dedicated server?

    How to ensure that ppl are using own servers and not reseller plans. Because some reseller plans supports Private NS.

    Its easy to check it by running a reverse IP check against the name server of the person.
    However,its useless if the person is using dedicated IP and its hard to check it.
