How To Know An Expired Domain Banned By Google?

I interested in buying a domain name which has expired last year.

When I start to check it :

site:www.domain.com >>> There is no result.
link:www.domain.com >>> THere is no result.

Does it appear to be banned?
But I think, when the domain has expired probably some backlink was deleted and the pages doesn't indexed by Google.

When I check to Archive.org >>> There is no result.

The domain also listed in RefundDomain.

What's your suggestion for this situation?

    Thanks

I've done pretty well with getting websites indexed within 2-3 days. I bought an expired domain three weeks ago and quickly put up a site. It's a specific niche, so I purchased it for that reason. My problem? Doesn't show up in Google. Same problem with you. I've added a reinclusion request, so I'm waiting on that. It can take 6 months, that's not a problem for me. The domain does get type-in traffic... so that's good :).

If you don't mind doing a reinclusion request and waiting, that's what I suggest. Other than that, there really is no way of knowing unless you try. I picked up another domain with the same situation and got that indexed in 2-3 days and it's already healthy after owning it for 2 weeks. Hit or miss I guess.

I'm having the same problem. My domain I got is a expired domain and has been up for a week now with me and its still not indexed.

I got strong backlinks, submitted to directories, used good keywords in meta tag, submitted a sitemap, etc..
